COVID-19 Cases In Kentucky, Indiana Increase

FRANKFORT (04/08/20) — Governor Beshear’s latest order to enforce social distancing to limit spread of the Coronavirus outbreak limits only one person per family entering a grocery store for shopping.

Total reported cases in Kentucky were listed at 1,346 as of Wednesday afternoon with the number of fatalities up to 71.

(Working cases in the county are at three as of Wednesday. Local officials plan another briefing on the outbreak later today.) 

Neighboring counties look like this: Hardin-11…Grayson with three, Meade and Hancock each with two and Ohio County totals four. 

UNDATED (04/08/20) — The COVID-19 caseload in Indiana is approaching the six-thousand mark as of Wednesday evening with 203 deaths reported there. There were still zero cases being reported out of Perry County as of yesterday.
