CAVE CITY (05/23/26) — Kentucky State Police report an accident Saturday morning along Interstate 65 in Barren County has left two juveniles dead. A preliminary investigation indicates a northbound vehicle left the highway and hit a semi parked on the shoulder near the 53 mile marker. Two juveniles inside the northbound vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was listed in critical condition at the Bowling Green Medical Center. An investigation into the wreck is ongoing
