UNDATED (04/28/26) — Units from Cloverport, Hardinsburg, Harned, Dukes and Hawesville departments responded to a structure fire along Oak Street in Cloverport just after 5:30 Tuesday morning. According to the Breckinridge County Emergency Management office, the fire was brought under control within about half-an-hour of arrival but photos from the scene showed heavy damage, Units remained on scene until around 8 yesterday morning.
Later, firefighters from three departments were called to a report of a house fire near Hardinsburg late last night. The Hardinsburg, Harned and McDaniels departments along with Breck Central EMS were called to Armes Payne Lane just 11 before on a report of a fire in the attic of a structure. No additional information is available as of early Wednesday morning.
