
4/16/2026—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Tuesday, April 14, and returned ten indictments and one superseding indictment.
Christopher Pascoe, 35, Irvington, was indicted on eight counts of attempted murder/peace officer; three counts 2nd degree assault/peace officer; 2nd degree assault/peace officer; and eight counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment/peace officer. In a superseding indictment, Pascoe was indicted on three counts of attempted murder/peace officer; two counts 3rd degree assault/police officer; disarming a peace officer; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.
Eric T. Haub, 38, Falls of Rough, and Ryan A. Spence, 36, Hardinsburg, were each indicted on one count of flagrant non-support.
Mary L. Sarver-Douthitt, 49, Clarkson, was indicted for 2nd degree burglary.
Robert M. Coffey, 32, Guston was indicted for receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and obscuring the identity of a machine valued between $500 and $10,000.
Ernie L. Dean, 65, Harned was indicted for 1st degree fleeing/evading police; 1st degree criminal mischief; 1st degree wanton endangerment/police officer; 1st degree wanton endangerment; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; failure of owner operator to maintain required insurance, 2nd offense; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1st offense;
operating a motor vehicle with an expired license; and possession of marijuana.
William D. Buntain, 49, Hudson, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and possession of marijuana.
Allison R. Scott, 41, Webster, was indicted for 2nd degree burglary and menacing.
Christopher A. Shaffer, 49, Brooks, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense and possession of marijuana.
Hays V. Glasscock, 60, Louisville, was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration.
