CONSTANTINE (04/02/26) — Two people were injured in a head-on collision along Kentucky Highway 690 late Thursday afternoon.
According to the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Office, deputies along with the Custer Fire Department and Breck Central EMS were called to the 10000 block just after 5pm Thursday.
The driver of a Ford pick-up was airlifted by Air Evac to University of Louisville Hospital for treatment while a female passenger was taken by Breck Central to Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown.
The accident remains under investigation.
