MULDRAUGH (03/21/26) — Kentucky State Police are investigating a single-vehicle fatal collision that occurred on Saturday morning on US-31W within the city limits of Muldraugh. A preliminary investigation indicates 34-year-old Dennis Perry of Louisville was operating a Ford Escape northbound on 31W when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle left the roadway and struck the end of a guardrail, causing it to overturn. The vehicle came to rest on the driver’s side on the outside shoulder of the roadway. Perry was pronounced dead at the scene by the Meade County Coroner.
