Patricia Smith, 61, of Brandenburg, died Monday (03/09) 2026 in Louisville. She is survived by her husband, Jacky; a daughter: Susan Mellinger; one sister: Carolyn Humphrey; three brothers: David, Stephen and Charlie Humphrey; and five grandchildren. Cremation has been chosen by the family. The Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may be made out to the March of Dimes.
