Rosie Gertrude Abell, 68 of Louisville, died last Wednesday (02/25) at UofL Jewish Hospital. She is survived by three children: Shaunetane Hazley, Joe, Jr. and Rondell Lamont Dotson Abell, Sr.; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; seven siblings, George “Pete”, Dorothy, Joe and Randall Abell; Nancy Young, Jerry Shacklette and Jenny Payne. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 14th from the Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg. Burial will follow in Zion Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral after 11 Eastern on the 14th.
