OWENSBORO (02/18/26) — Owensboro Police say one person has died and another was critically hurt in a hit & run crash Wednesday night near the intersection of Frederica Street and Fulton Drive. The driver returned to the scene and was taken into custody. Names of the parties involved were not immediately released.
