BEAVER DAM (02/14/26) — Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting from late Saturday night in Ohio County. Samantha Fultz and Miles Snodgrass arrived at Samantha Fultz’s residence in Beaver Dam when they were confronted by Billy Fultz. A confrontation ensued between Snodgrass and Billy Fultz, during which Snodgrass discharged a firearm, striking Fultz once in the abdomen. Billy Fultz was transported by ambulance to Owensboro Health for treatment of his injury. No arrests have been made.
