FRANKFORT (02/13/26) — The Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation approved 18 agricultural loans totaling $3,713,010.50 for projects across the Commonwealth Friday at its monthly board meeting. As a part of the approved funds, Beginning Farmer Loan Program funds were awarded in Breckinridge County in the amount of $100,000 while Meade County received $250,000. The program is designed to assist individuals with some farming experience who desire to develop, expand, or buy into a farming operation. Meade County also received $25,000 in the Horticulture Incentives Loan Program.
