2/4/2026—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler presiding met Wednesday.
Brian A. Overstreet, 49, was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted for five years, for flagrant non-support.
Autumn J. Cannon, 23, was sentenced to five years in prison, diverted for five years, for theft by unlawful taking/disposition of an auto valued between $1,000 and $10,000.
James M. Hoskinson, 50, was sentenced to one year in prison, probated for five years, for flagrant non-support.
Probation was revoked for Daniel R. Curry, 25.
