2/4/20226—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II presiding met Wednesday.

 

Adam P. Moore, 44, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree burglary; 4th degree assault/domestic violence/no visible injury; and violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.  Sentencing was scheduled for March 4.

 

Christopher T. Barley, 54, pleaded guilty to 1st degree fleeing/evading police and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for March 4.

 

Julio M. Ceballos, 54, pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted murder/first responder; two counts attempted murder/domestic violence; being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun; being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; and three counts of 2nd degree cruelty to animals.  Sentencing was scheduled for March 4.

 

Michael P. Mullins, 46, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, diverted for three years, for 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug.

 

Michael Goode, 60, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Tyrel D. Savage, 31, was sentenced to ten years in prison for 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 2nd or greater offense.  In another case, he was sentenced to seven years in prison for 3rd degree assault/police officer; one year for theft of identity of another without consent; one year for 1st degree criminal mischief; and five years for 1st degree fleeing/evading police.

 

Dustin J. Hopkins, 40, was sentenced to one year in prison on each of two counts of 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; one year for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; and two years for 1st degree wanton endangerment/police officer.

 

Linda D. Fentress, 47, was sentenced to three years in prison, probated for five years, for flagrant non-support.

 

Clevis D. Gray, 32, was sentenced to18 months in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 12 months for endangering the welfare of a minor; and 48 hours plus $200 fine for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
