UNDATED (01/23/26) — The Breckinridge County-Cloverport Basketball doubleheader times have been moved as a result of the pending winter storm. The girls game will start at 5 this afternoon, with coverage on 104.3, the River beginning at 4:45. The Boys game will follow at 6:30 this evening.
The Tigers game at Daviess County for Saturday afternoon has been cancelled, while the Aces doubleheader with Louisville Frances Parker has also been called off.
In girls high school basketball from Thursday night heard on WXBC, the Lady Tigers defeated John Hardin by the score of 60-51.
UK Athletics announced that Saturday’s basketball game with Ole Miss will be moved up from noon to 11 a.m. Eastern time due to the winter storm expected to hit the area this weekend. UofL and Western Kentucky have also moved up start times for their Saturday men’s basketball games as well.
