
1/21/2026—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler presiding met Wednesday.
Morris D. Matthews, 46, pleaded not guilty to kidnapping-adult; 3rd degree terroristic threatening; 4th degree assault/domestic violence; and menacing. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 18.
Christopher D. Cundiff, 45, pleaded not guilty to kidnapping-adult; 2nd degree assault-domestic violence; and 3rd degree terroristic threatening. In another case, he pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 18.
Kristopher Quiggins, 40, was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted for five years, for flagrant non-support.
LaDarian E. Parker, 19, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree unlawful transaction with a minor; receiving a stolen firearm; and possession of marijuana/enhanced.
Jordan R. Chevalier, 24, was sentenced to three years in prison for 2nd degree strangulation/domestic violence and three years for 1st degree criminal mischief. The sentences were probated for five years.
