1/21/2026—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II presiding met Wednesday.

 

Stephanie J. Wamble, 46, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and possession of marijuana.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 18.

 

Christopher K. Logsdon, 53, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree fleeing/evading police; theft by unlawful taking/disposition of a firearm; two counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; tampering with physical evidence; two counts of discharge of firearm/other device upon/across a public road; illegal take/pursue deer/wild turkey; criminal littering; and defacing a firearm.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 18.

 

Michael H. Crowder, 35, pleaded not guilty to two counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment and 1st degree criminal mischief.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 18.

 

Ernie L. Dean, 64, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree promoting contraband; possession of marijuana; and operating a motor vehicle with expired operator’s license.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 18.

 

Stephen Landry, 22, pleaded guilty to 1st degree wanton endangerment.  In another case, he pleaded guilty to 2nd degree strangulation.  Sentencing was scheduled for March 4.

 

Lita Carmen, 22, was sentenced to five years in prison, diverted for five years, for 1st degree wanton endangerment.

 

Bryce L. Goatley, 21, was sentenced to 12 months in prison, probated for two years for sexual misconduct.

 

Dustin J. Hopkins, 40, pleaded guilty to two counts of 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense;1st degree wanton endangerment/police officer; and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for February 4.

 

Andrew J. Trent, 42, pleaded guilty to 1st degree wanton endangerment and 2nd degree wanton endangerment/police officer.  Sentencing was scheduled for March 4.

 

Alicia A. Lane, 40, pleaded guilty to two counts 1st degree wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  Sentencing was scheduled for March 4.

 

Brittney Stepp, 33, was sentenced to two years in prison for 3rd degree assault/police-probation officer; 18 months for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 18 months for 1st degree possession of fentanyl; and 30 days for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  The sentences will run concurrently for a total of two years.

 

Justin T. Hendrick, 36, was sentenced to three years in prison, probated for five years, for flagrant non-support.

 

Albert Armes, 56, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for incest-person less than 18 by person three or more years older.

 

Gary Robbins, 35, was sentenced to one year in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.
