TELL CITY, In. (01/09/26) — Tell City officials announced Friday plans to develop the former site of Tell City Feed and Grain into residential development. Feed Mill Condos, an eight-unit condominium project will be located at the corner of 7th and Washington Streets. It will consist of eight owner-occupied, two-story condominiums, each offering approximately 1,800 square feet of living space. Every unit will feature three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a private two-car garage within walking distance of downtown business and amenities. Construction will begin later in the month with completion anticipated by the end of the year.
