
12/17/2025—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.
Ashley M. Moore, 33, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug, 1st offense and theft by unlawful taking/disposition/shoplifting. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for February 18.
Judy E. Matthews, 42, pleaded not guilty to two counts of 3rd degree assault-EMS/Fire/Rescue Squad and 2nd degree disorderly conduct. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for February 18.
Johnathan Barr, 48, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for February 18.
Luis Gutierrez-Mora, 36, and Rosbel M. Escalona, 26, were each sentenced to one year in prison for theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property valued between $1,000 and $10,000.
Peggy L. Vergason, 63, was sentenced to two years in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense.
Abbigale K. Adkins, 31, was sentenced to two years in prison, probated for five years, for flagrant non-support.
Jason O. Dowell, 40, was sentenced to ten years in prison for receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and 10 days for possession of marijuana. The sentences will run concurrently for a total of ten years and were probated for five years. In another case, he was sentenced to one year in prison for flagrant non-support.
Probation was revoked for Sara E. Austin-Hill, 36.
