
12/17/2025—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.
James L. King, 45, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 3rd or greater offense. In another case, he pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; failure to register transfer of motor vehicle; 2nd degree wanton endangerment/police officer; no operator’s/moped license; and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for February 18.
Robert B. Shacklette III, 35, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, diverted for three years for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug, and 30 days, probated after 48 hours credit, for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
Gary Robbins, 35, pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense. Sentencing was scheduled for January 21.
Brittney Stepp, 33, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree assault-police/probation officer; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of fentanyl; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; and contempt of court. Sentencing was scheduled for January 21.
Justin T. Hendrick, 36, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support. Sentencing was scheduled for January 21.
Crystal A. Cundiff, 43, was sentenced to two years in prison for 3rd degree assault-police/probation officer; 18 months for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth)m 1st offense; and 30 days for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. In another case, she was sentenced to two years in prison on each of two counts of 3rd degree assault-police/probation officer.
