Breckinridge Circuit-Court-Division 2

11/6/2025—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

Thomas A. Dennis, 18, pleaded not guilty to 2^nd degree unlawful transaction with a minor and possession of marijuana.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for December 3.

Clevis D. Gray, 32, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; 1^st degree wanton endangerment; endangering the welfare of a minor; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1^st offense; no operator’s/moped license; and possession of marijuana.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 7.

Charles R. Cissell, 56, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree assault and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1^st offense.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 7.

Nelson Rosado, 44, pleaded not guilty to 2^nd degree assault; 2^nd degree criminal mischief; leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid; 3^rd degree terroristic threatening; and two counts of 2^nd degree wanton endangerment.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 7.

Nicholas Seth Peek, 35, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree wanton endangerment.  Sentencing was scheduled for December 3.

Tyler M. Coyle, 30, was sentenced to three years in prison, diverted for three years, for 2^nd degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking of property valued over $500 but less than $10,000.

Dalton J. Fulkerson, 26, pleaded guilty to two counts of 3^rd degree assault-police/probation officer and 3^rd degree assault-EMS/Fire/Rescue Squad.  Sentencing was scheduled for December 3.

Julianna I. Janacek-Rittenberry, 31, was sentenced to two years in prison, probated for three years, for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense.

Christopher D. Cundiff, 45, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, probated for three years, for 1^st degree possession of opiates, 1^st offense.

Kailin D. Crawford, 33, was sentenced to 90 days in prison, probated for five years for theft by unlawful taking; and seven years, probated for five years, for 1^st degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
