Breckinridge Circuit-Court-Division 2

11/6/2025—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

 

Thomas A. Dennis, 18, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree unlawful transaction with a minor and possession of marijuana.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for December 3.

 

Clevis D. Gray, 32, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree wanton endangerment; endangering the welfare of a minor; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1st offense; no operator’s/moped license; and possession of marijuana.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 7.

 

Charles R. Cissell, 56, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree assault and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1st offense.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 7.

 

Nelson Rosado, 44, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree assault; 2nd degree criminal mischief; leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid; 3rd degree terroristic threatening; and two counts of 2nd degree wanton endangerment.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 7.

 

Nicholas Seth Peek, 35, pleaded guilty to 1st degree wanton endangerment.  Sentencing was scheduled for December 3.

 

Tyler M. Coyle, 30, was sentenced to three years in prison, diverted for three years, for 2nd degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking of property valued over $500 but less than $10,000.

 

Dalton J. Fulkerson, 26, pleaded guilty to two counts of 3rd degree assault-police/probation officer and 3rd degree assault-EMS/Fire/Rescue Squad.  Sentencing was scheduled for December 3.

 

Julianna I. Janacek-Rittenberry, 31, was sentenced to two years in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense.

 

Christopher D. Cundiff, 45, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of opiates, 1st offense.

 

Kailin D. Crawford, 33, was sentenced to 90 days in prison, probated for five years for theft by unlawful taking; and seven years, probated for five years, for 1st degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
