ELIZABETHTOWN (09/17/25) — The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the vandalism and theft of multiple vases from grave markers and bronze emblems from monuments at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. A Facebook post by the Sheriff’s Office said the Radcliff Police Department is currently investigating two similar cases in that city. Local metal recyclers have also been notified to be on alert. Anyone with information on the incidents is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 270-765-5133.
