9/17/2025—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

 

Tommie R. Humphrey, 47, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and 2nd degree possession of an anabolic steroid.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.

 

Sirrena D. Bruner, 24, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense/enhanced and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 19.

 

Sonia T. Walker, 24, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug; 1st degree possession of fentanyl; and 2nd degree possession of a hallucinogen.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 19.

 

Andrew J. Trent, 41, pleaded not guilty to two counts 1st degree fleeing/evading police; 2nd degree wanton endangerment/police officer; resisting arrest; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 19.

 

Bryce P. Basham, 29, pleaded not guilty to two counts of 3rd degree rape and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 19.

 

Sean E. Renfrow, 25, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 3rd degree fleeing/evading police; resisting arrest; and public intoxication/controlled substance.  In another case he pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.  In another case he pleaded not guilty to1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 5.

 

Bradley S. Allen, 24, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property/firearm and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for October 15.

 

Eric T. Haub, 36, pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, 1st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for October 15.
