9/7/2025—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Friday, September 5, and returned fifteen indictments against fourteen individuals.

 

Bryce T. Basham, 30, Leitchfield, was indicted on two counts of 3rd degree rape and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.

 

Kevin S. Triplett, 42, Irvington, was indicted for 3rd degree assault/police officer and resisting arrest.

 

Sonia T. Walker of Hardinsburg was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; two counts of 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug; and 2nd degree possession of a hallucinogen.

 

Thomas A. Dennis, 18, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 2nd degree unlawful transaction with a minor and possession of marijuana.

 

Sirrena D. Bruner, 44, Vine Grove, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense/enhanced and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1st offense.

 

Alicia N. Rodriguez, 36, Owensboro, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug.

 

Sean E. Renfrow, 26, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 3rd degree fleeing/evading police; resisting arrest; and public intoxication/controlled substance.

 

Randy Dowell, 48, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense; 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 2nd offense; and license to be in possession.  In another case, Dowell was indicted for 1st degree promoting contraband.

 

Ladarian E. Parker, 19, Falls of Rough, was indicted for 1st degree unlawful transaction with a minor/illegal controlled substance under the age of 18; receiving stolen property/firearm; and possession of marijuana/enhanced.

 

Isiah R. Woods, 24, Harned, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and possession of marijuana.

 

Stephanie D. VanMatre, 32, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and 1st degree promoting contraband.

 

Steven W. Greenwell, 48, Webster, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense; 1st degree promoting contraband; and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

 

Joseph E. Hinton, 56, Louisville, was indicted on two counts of 1st degree fleeing/evading police; two counts of 1st degree criminal mischief; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense; three counts of 2nd degree wanton endangerment/police officer; 2nd degree wanton endangerment; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.

 

Adaymein P. Popham of Irvington was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1st offense; and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.
