Breckinridge County Grand Jury

9/7/2025—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Friday, September 5, and returned fifteen indictments against fourteen individuals.

 

Bryce T. Basham, 30, Leitchfield, was indicted on two counts of 3^rd degree rape and being a 1^st degree persistent felony offender.

 

Kevin S. Triplett, 42, Irvington, was indicted for 3^rd degree assault/police officer and resisting arrest.

 

Sonia T. Walker of Hardinsburg was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; two counts of 1^st degree possession of an unspecified drug; and 2^nd degree possession of a hallucinogen.

 

Thomas A. Dennis, 18, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 2^nd degree unlawful transaction with a minor and possession of marijuana.

 

Sirrena D. Bruner, 44, Vine Grove, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense/enhanced and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1^st offense.

 

Alicia N. Rodriguez, 36, Owensboro, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and 1^st degree possession of an unspecified drug.

 

Sean E. Renfrow, 26, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; 3^rd degree fleeing/evading police; resisting arrest; and public intoxication/controlled substance.

 

Randy Dowell, 48, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense; 1^st degree possession of an unspecified drug; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 2^nd offense; and license to be in possession.  In another case, Dowell was indicted for 1^st degree promoting contraband.

 

Ladarian E. Parker, 19, Falls of Rough, was indicted for 1^st degree unlawful transaction with a minor/illegal controlled substance under the age of 18; receiving stolen property/firearm; and possession of marijuana/enhanced.

 

Isiah R. Woods, 24, Harned, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and possession of marijuana.

 

Stephanie D. VanMatre, 32, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and 1^st degree promoting contraband.

 

Steven W. Greenwell, 48, Webster, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense; 1^st degree promoting contraband; and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

 

Joseph E. Hinton, 56, Louisville, was indicted on two counts of 1^st degree fleeing/evading police; two counts of 1^st degree criminal mischief; 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense; three counts of 2^nd degree wanton endangerment/police officer; 2^nd degree wanton endangerment; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license; and being a 1^st degree persistent felony offender.

 

Adaymein P. Popham of Irvington was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1^st offense; and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.
