FRANKFORT (09/04/25) — Breckinridge County is among four statewide that is receiving a portion of some 700-thousand dollars that Governor Andy Beshear’s administration has set aside to support site and building development projects. The Kentucky Product Development Initiative provides funding for local communities to boost investment in site and building upgrades to support future, well-paying jobs and economic growth across the commonwealth. Breckinridge County Fiscal Court, on behalf of Breck United, is planning to use KPDI funds to extend a waterline 1,150 feet to the Irvington Industrial Park.
