Abbigale K. Adkins, 30, pleaded not guilty to flagrant non-support. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.
Charity D. Dean, 24, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and possession of marijuana. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 5.
Anthony T. Warf, 37, pleaded not guilty to ten counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.
Emmanuel Thomas, 50, pleaded not guilty to being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.
Timothy Hopewell, 57, pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense. Sentencing was scheduled for September 17.
