8/20/2025—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.
Savannah P. Rigsby, 24, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree wanton endangerment; driving DUI/suspended license, 2nd offense; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, 2nd offense; possession of synthetic drugs, 1st offense; 2nd degree promoting contraband; possession of marijuana; and illegal possession of a legend drug. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.
Crystal A. Cundiff, 42, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 3rd degree assault/police-probation officer; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 2nd offense; obstructing governmental operations; resisting arrest; 3rd degree criminal mischief; and license to be in possession. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.
Tiah N. Simmins, 31, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and 2nd degree possession of an anabolic steroid. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.
Albert Armes, 55, pleaded not guilty to incest-person less than 18 by a person 3 or more years older. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.
Dalton J. Fulkerson, 25, pleaded not guilty to two counts of 3rd degree assault/police-probation officer; 3rd degree assault/EMS-Fire-Rescue Squad; 3rd degree terroristic threatening; and resisting arrest. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.
