John Vessels, age 54, of Ekron, died Tuesday (8/5) at his residence. He is survived by his wife: Michelle Vessels; 9 children: Caley and Ethan Vessels, Jimmy, Danny, Nikki, Kristina, Austin, Cody, and Kassidy Raisor; four sisters: Crystal Edwards, Debbie and Missy Thompson, and Sandy West; his step brother, Edward Louis Niedert, II; 12 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held at 6 PM ET Monday (8/11) at the Hager Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11 AM ET Monday (8/11) at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society for Colon Cancer Research.
