FRANKFORT (07/31/25) — Kentucky has approved its first medical cannabis dispensary for operations in Ohio County. Governor Andy Beshear announced the news Thursday, saying “The Post Dispensary” is expected to open its doors this fall in Beaver Dam. In a social media post, Beshear said it’s another step forward to ensure Kentuckians with serious medical conditions have access to needed medicine.
