OWENSBORO (07/28/25) — Kentucky State Police are searching for two women who escaped supervision at an Owensboro halfway house this week. At some point on Monday, KSP says 25-year-old Latavia Green and 36-year-old Eva Spencer who were residing at Dismas Charities in Owensboro removed their ankle monitors and couldn’t be located.
