IRVINGTON (06/21/25) — Former State Representative and State Auditor Mary Ann Tobin has died. Tobin served as 18th District Representative for Breckinridge and Meade Counties from 1976 to 1984. She was elected as Kentucky State Auditor in 1983 and served from 1984 to 1988. She attempted returns to politics with bids for the Kentucky State Senate in 1992 and the U.S. Senate in 2020. She was owner of Broadbent Wildlife Sanctuary near Irvington. She died last weekend at the age of 83.
