TELL CITY, In. (06/23/25) — A Tell City man has been arrested for having child pornography. Indiana State Police began an investigation in January after receiving a cyber tip about 33-year-old Derek Voges. The tip alleged Voges possibly possessed child pornography images or video files. A search warrant was issued last week, and Voges was taken into custody Monday morning. He’s charged with five counts of Child Exploitation and three counts of Possession of Child Pornography. An investigation is on-going.
