HARNED (06/05/25) — Units from Harned, Custer and Hardinsburg Fire Departments were called to the 53-hundred block of Kentucky Highway 1401 around 9:30 Thursday night on a report of a single-wide trailer on fire. According to Kenny Mattingly with the Harned Department, units found one room of the structure fully involved. The fire was limited to two rooms, but Mattingly said the structure is likely a total loss. Breck Central EMS was sent to the scene, but no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was not immediately determined. Units remained on scene until after 11:30 Thursday night.
