5/22/2025-Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.
Robert G. Geary, 35, pleaded not guilty to flagrant non-support. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for July 23.
Daniel F. Ditto, 55, was sentenced to one year in prison for 3rd degree burglary and 12 months for 2nd degree fleeing/evading police. The sentences will run concurrently for a total of one year.
Whitney N. Rigsby, 36, pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping/adult; convicted felon in possession of a handgun; and 1st degree wanton endangerment. Sentencing was scheduled for June 18.
Logan Sosh, 20, was sentenced to one year in prison on each of four counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment; 12 months for 4th degree assault/domestic violence/enhanced; and 90 days for 3rd degree terroristic threatening. The sentences will run consecutively for total of four years, diverted for five years.
Edward P. Garlinger, 60, was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted for one year, for convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Brett T. Kraszewski, 26, pleaded guilty to distribution of sexually explicit images/no consent, 1st offense and distribution of sexually explicit images/no consent, 2nd or greater offense. In another case, he pleaded guilty to 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; 3rd degree assault/police probation officer; 3rd degree terroristic threatening; resisting arrest; 2nd degree wanton endangerment; and 2nd degree disorderly conduct. Sentencing was scheduled for June 18.
Probation was revoked for Trenton Z. Neal, 29; Joseph A. Harmon, 56; Terrance T. Woods, 35; and Darrell W. Harris Sr., 51.
David L. Thurman, 45, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for 1st degree sodomy and five years for 1st degree sexual abuse/victim under 12 years of age. The sentences will run concurrently for a total of ten years.
Bobby Partain, 41, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by unlawful taking an auto valued between $10,000 and $1,000,000; theft by deception/cold checks; and theft by unlawful taking of an auto valued between $1,000 and $10,000. Sentencing was scheduled for June 18.
