UNDATED (10/01/26) — The annual Highway 60 Yard Sale is this coming weekend. Set-ups are expected along a 200-mile section of the U.S. Highway including through Breckinridge County.
Under state and local laws, participants are not allowed to park or set up directly on the highway shoulder, resulting in traffic clusters at private residences, local businesses, and designated rental areas.
Motorists and shoppers are advised to proceed with caution while travelling along the road this weekend.
