Breckinridge County Grand Jury

9/30/2026—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Tuesday, September 29, and returned seven indictments.

Brandon N. Roberts, 25, Hardinsburg, was indicted for flagrant non-support.

Shannon N. Critchelow, 43, WestView, was indicted for 2^nd degree assault/domestic violence.

Tanthalus R. Kessler, 21, WestView, was indicted on three counts of 1^st degree sexual abuse and procure and promote use of a minor by electronic means.

Brandon N. Roberts, 35, Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense; illegal possession of a legend drug; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; and being a 2nd degree persistent felony offender.

Bradley Critchelow, 40, WestView, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; tampering with physical evidence; and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

April Lucas, 48, Harned, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; and possession of marijuana.

Tony L. Nottingham, 52, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 2^nd degree robbery; resisting arrest; menacing; and alcohol intoxication in a public place-3^rd or greater offense in last twelve months.
