8/5/2026—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

 

Leedrick A. Lyons, 27, was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted for three years, for tampering with physical evidence and 30 days, probated for two years, for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.

 

A motion to reduce bond by Mitchell D. Bradley, 34, was overruled.

 

Tommy T. Sumser, 41, was sentenced to ten years in prison for custodial interference and 30 days for 3rd degree unlawful transaction with a minor.  The sentences were probated for five years.

 

Bennie C. Phipps, 42, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; two years for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; two years for tampering with physical evidence; and two years for 3rd degree assault/police-probation officer.  The sentences were probated for five years.

 

Marvin W. Barnes, 42, was sentenced to one year in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 3rd or greater offense; 90 days for giving officer false identifying information; and 30 days for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
