Leona Dawson, age 88 of Hawesville, died Monday (7/6) at her residence. She is survived by 2 daughters: Peggy Gorman of Hawesville, and Ruth Brantley of Paducah; 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday (7/11) at the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home with burial in the Cloverport Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 PM Friday (7/10)and after 8:30 AM Saturday (7/11) at the funeral home.
