Breckinridge County Grand Jury

6/3/2026—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Monday, June 1, and returned ten indictments.

 

Connur T. Lee Kerns, 18, Brandenburg, was indicted for 1st degree wanton endangerment.

 

Jeffrey T. Lucas, 49, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense.

 

Thomas T. Tevis, 63, McDaniels, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Tabatha Bishop, 46, Louisville and Estil L. Decker, 62, Irvington were each indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and possession of marijuana.

 

Daniel R. Coogle, 33, Leitchfield, was indicted for 1st degree fleeing evading police; 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, 4th or greater offense; two counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment; 1st degree criminal mischief; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.

 

Cameron B. Whorley, 49, Dundee, was indicted for 1st degree fleeing/evading police and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.

 

Randall L. Farrow, 60, Radcliffe, was indicted for 1st degree possession of heroin and possession of marijuana.

 

Jeremy W, McManaway, 48, Custer, was indicted for 2nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; 4th degree assault/domestic violence; 3rd degree terroristic threatening; and menacing.

 

David L. Maifeld, 78, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree sexual abuse/victim under twelve.
