
6/3/2026—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.
Carol A. Ford, 55, pleaded not guilty to three counts of theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and seven counts of 3rd degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.
Michael J. Taylor, 42, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000. Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.
Zachary O. Naputi, 25, pleaded guilty to 4th degree assault; 2nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; 1st degree unlawful imprisonment; and menacing. Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.
Anthony T. Warf, 38, pleaded guilty to ten counts of distributing matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under twelve. Sentencing was scheduled for August 5.
Timmy Henson, 46, pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense and tampering with physical evidence. Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.
Adaymein P. Popham, 34, was sentenced to one year in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.
Tracy L. Perks, 50, was sentenced to one year in prison on each of two counts of 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and twelve months for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1st offense. In another case, he was sentenced to two years in prison for 3rd degree burglary and two years for 1st degree criminal mischief. The sentences will run concurrently.
Rodney J. Triplett, 45, pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense. Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.
Daniel R. Coogle, 33, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree fleeing/evading police; 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, 4th or greater offense; two counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment; 1st degree criminal mischief; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.
Cameron B. Whorley, 49, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree fleeing evading police and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.
Jeremy W. McManaway, 48, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; 4th degree assault/domestic violence; 3rd degree terroristic threatening; and menacing. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.
David L. Maifeld, 78, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree sexual abuse, victim under twelve years of age. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.
