Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 1

6/3/2026—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.

Carol A. Ford, 55, pleaded not guilty to three counts of theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and seven counts of 3^rd degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.

Michael J. Taylor, 42, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000.  Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.

Zachary O. Naputi, 25, pleaded guilty to 4^th degree assault; 2^nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; 1^st degree unlawful imprisonment; and menacing.  Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.

Anthony T. Warf, 38, pleaded guilty to ten counts of distributing matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under twelve.  Sentencing was scheduled for August 5.

Timmy Henson, 46, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense and tampering with physical evidence.  Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.

Adaymein P. Popham, 34, was sentenced to one year in prison for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense.

Tracy L. Perks, 50, was sentenced to one year in prison on each of two counts of 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and twelve months for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1^st offense.  In another case, he was sentenced to two years in prison for 3^rd degree burglary and two years for 1^st degree criminal mischief.  The sentences will run concurrently.

Rodney J. Triplett, 45, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.

Daniel R. Coogle, 33, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree fleeing/evading police; 2^nd degree fleeing/evading police; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, 4^th or greater offense; two counts of 1^st degree wanton endangerment; 1^st degree criminal mischief; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1^st offense.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.

Cameron B. Whorley, 49, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree fleeing evading police and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1^st offense.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.

Jeremy W. McManaway, 48, pleaded not guilty to 2^nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; 4^th degree assault/domestic violence; 3^rd degree terroristic threatening; and menacing.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.

David L. Maifeld, 78, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree sexual abuse, victim under twelve years of age.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.
