5/20/2026—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.
Eric T. Haub, 37, pleaded not guilty to flagrant non-support. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for July 22.
Barry Mattingly, 63, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree forgery. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 5.
Marvin W. Barnes, 42, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 3rd or greater offense; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance; failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 2nd or greater offense; giving officer false identifying information; operating on a suspended/revoked operators license; and possession of marijuana. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for June 17.
Travis A. Mettling, 41, pleaded not guilty to two counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun; 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; tampering with physical evidence; 1st degree promoting contraband; possession of marijuana/enhanced; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for July 22.
Stephanie J. Wamble, 46, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, diverted for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.
Christopher K. Logsdon, 52, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of a firearm; two counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; and illegal take/pursue deer/wild turkey. Sentencing was scheduled for July 8.
