HAWESVILLE (05/18/26) — The weather won out in Monday’s district baseball and softball tournament games at Hancock County, with rain halting both games: Breckinridge County trails Hancock County, 7-0, with the Tigers at bat in the bottom of the 5th inning. The game is scheduled to resume this (05/19) afternoon at 4 with coverage on 104.3, the River. A Tiger victory would put them in the championship game against Meade County at 6 this evening. The Lady Tiger Softball trails Hancock County 10-6 in the 6th inning. That game is scheduled to resume Wednesday (05/21) afternoon at 5.
