HARTFORD (05/06/26) — Ohio County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to an accident involving a school bus along U.S. 231 Wednesday morning.
A Facebook post stated a school bus had stopped in the 13-thousand block and was picking up a child, when it was struck in the rear by a passenger vehicle.
The female occupant of the passenger vehicle was taken to Owensboro Health Hospital for their injuries and the monitor on the school bus was taken to Ohio County with possible injuries.
No children were injured in the crash.
An investigation is on-going.
