Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 1

5/6/2026—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.

Adaymein P. Popham, 33, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for June 3.

Tracy L. Perks, 50, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; 1^st degree possession of an unspecified drug, 1^st offense; and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1^st offense.  In another case, he pleaded guilty to 3^rd degree burglary and 1^st degree criminal mischief.  Sentencing was scheduled for June 3.
