COLUMBIA (05/04/26) — A south central Kentucky woman was arrested this week for allegedly tattooing a toddler.
Authorities in Adair County were called to a Columbia residence Monday on a child abuse company.
27- year-old Brook McDaniel admitted to giving the child a tattoo while tattooing her leg, claiming the child walked up and stuck an arm in the path of the tattoo gun, leaving a black dot and redness of the right forearm.
McDaniel was booked in the Adair County Detention Center on a charge of fourth-degree assault-child abuse.
