Velma Cora Howard Mattingly, 92 of Brandenburg, died Saturday (03/28). She is survived by her husband: James; one daughter: Kay Popham; four grandchildren,12 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday (04/01) at Noon Eastern at the Bruington-Jenkins- Sturgeon Funeral Home in Brandenburg. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mt. Washington. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 Eastern Tuesday (03/31) evening and after 9 Wednesday morning.
