OWENSBORO (03/18/26) — The case against two men charged in the fatal shooting of a Daviess County teen at a field party near Knottsville is headed to a grand jury. A judge ruled for probable cause against 20-year-old James Carr and 19-year-old Ayden Farrow, who are charged in the death of 19-year-old Brody Lanham nearly two weeks ago. In seeking a lower bond, attorneys for two argued all three were friends and the shooting was an accident. The request was denied. Carr remains in the Daviess County Detention Center on one million dollars bond, while Farrow is also lodged there on bonds totaling $500,000.
