OWENSBORO (03/18/26) — The Breckinridge County High School Fighting Tiger Baseball team opened their season with a 5-3 loss at Owensboro Wednesday afternoon. They play their home opener tomorrow afternoon against Muhlenberg County.
HARNED (03/18/26) The Lady Tiger Softball team opened their season with a 19-3 loss to Larue County on Wednesday. Their next game is at Grayson County on Tuesday.
LEXINGTON (03/18/26) At the Boys Sweet Sixteen in Lexington on Wednesday, Grayson County defeated Taylor County, 73-64. They’ll take on Great Crossing Friday afternoon in the quarterfinals. Other Wednesday winners were St. Xavier and North Laurel. Coverage on 104-point-3, the River resumes at 9:45 this morning.
