ELIZABETHTOWN (03/05/26) — A Grand Jury in Hardin County has formally indicted an Elizabethtown man in connection to the stabbing death of his mother at a Radcliff nursing home earlier this year. 33-year-old Joseph Curtis is charged with murder-domestic violence after fatally stabbing Cindy Jean Brill multiple times in her room at Signature Health Care in Radcliff on January 2nd. Curtis reportedly admitted to the incident, no reason or motive was immediately provided or determined. Curtis remains lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center ahead of a Tuesday arraignment.
