SCOTTSVILLE (02/18/26) — A south central Kentucky 17-year-old has been charged with murder after a woman and another juvenile were found dead inside a residence Wednesday night. Law enforcement responding to a residence on Stamps Road in Allen County found the bodies of 42-year-old Tracy Trasky and a 12-year-old inside the residence. A missing vehicle from the residence led to a search that discovered the 17-year-old wandering through a wooded area, who was taken into custody following a brief foot pursuit. The 17- year-old is charged with two counts of murder, evidence tampering, auto theft and fleeing/evading police.
