
2/11/2026—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Tuesday, February 10, and returned fifteen indictments.
Michael Goode, 60, Louisville, was indicted for 1st degree bail jumping.
Tayis N. Mills, 27, Custer, was indicted for kidnapping/adult; 4th degree assault/domestic violence; and two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
John Whittaker, 23, unknown home, was indicted for 1st degree rape.
Daniel R. Curry, 25, Harned, was indicted for 1st degree fleeing/evading police; two counts 1st degree wanton endangerment; four counts 1st degree wanton endangerment/police officer; 1st degree criminal mischief; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, 2nd offense.
Alicia M. Norris, 24, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree wanton endangerment; 2nd degree assault/minor injury; and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Ashton L. Burton, 25, Muldraugh, was indicted for 1st degree criminal mischief; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, 1st offense; and five counts of menacing.
Jeremy W. Williams, 45, Hudson, was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and three counts of menacing.
Ashley M. Moore, 33, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and 1st degree promoting contraband.
Laura M. Schmidt, 45, Guston, was indicted for 1st degree fleeing/evading police; 1st degree wanton endangerment/police officer; obstructing governmental operations; 3rd degree terroristic threatening; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, 1st offense; three counts of harassing communications; and theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property.
Travis L. Dowell, 34, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense/enhanced and possession of marijuana.
Terrance S. Sweetman, 51, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense.
Bennie C. Phipps, 42, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense/enhanced; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and tampering with physical evidence.
Adam B. Grimes, 32, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1st degree criminal mischief; 1st degree criminal mischief/tampering with key infrastructure assets; 1st degree criminal trespass; and possession of burglary tools.
Cliff Pile, 42, Hudson, was indicted for 1st degree criminal mischief.
Anthony D. Oxendine, 47, Sellersburg, IN, was indicted on eight counts of violation of trust provision pre-need payments for funeral services.
